WRECK DIVING

Wreck diving is a very characteristic type of immersion and as such requires a suite of skills. These are usually offered by scuba diving federations to improve the diver’s enjoyment and safety, as well as to guarantee good practices and the conservation of the wreck. Wreck divers face many challenges such as moving through different structures (iron, wood, steel), diving at different immersion depths (wrecks on an inclined surface) and in many cases close to complicated environments (currents, natural reefs, limited visibility). For all these reasons, it is recommendable to respect the regulations concerning authorizations and the certification of personal skills; as well as to request information at the diving club regarding the characteristics and requirements of the immersion.
