MINA MARY
The Mina Mary was a merchant ship that caught fire in the port of Bermeo in 1963, and was towed out of the port, where it sank. In 1972, when trying to revive it, she broke in two. She rests between 37 and 40 meters deep on a sandy bottom. In the wreck you can see schools of bogas and fanecas, txitxarros, pollock, sparids and moon fish. In the engine room they have found hiding places, conger eels, moray eels, lobsters and lobsters. The difficulty of the dive is high, and it is preferable to program two dives (one in each part, since the ship is split in two) to explore the entire ship.
